For buying a wooden house one should take the following steps: |

ACQUIRING A LAND
GETTING THE CITY PLANNING CERTIFICATION AND THE NECESSARY APPROVALS FOR STARTING THE CONSTRUCTION.
REALIZING THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT.
GETTING THE CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL BASED ON THE PROJECT.
SIGHNING THE CONTRACT. |

Depending on the sizes of the house and of the way it is divided or of its destination (permanent living house- holiday house) we3 can provide you already designed projects or we can build your dream house using your own projects, the costs of a project being between 12-15€//sm |

In case you decide to use one of our projects, the costs of building the house will include the value of the project also. |

| HOW DO I PAY ? |
|
| The payment ways are the following: |

When signing the contract it should be paid an earnest of 40% out of the total sum of the construction. The earnest is paid before starting the construction, for acquiring materials.
At the qualitative and quantitative reception it should be paid 20%.
At the reception after building the house “at red” stage it is paid 20%. At the final reception of the construction it is paid 20%.
